What are the computer requirements for using Procore?

Procore can be used with any computer connected to the Internet.

Why can't I view an attachment to a Procore communication or RFI?

You must have a copy of the software that created the attachment, or software that can read the attachment file format on your computer. The file format is indicated in most files by the extension. For example, "sample.doc" is a Microsoft Word file, while "sample.pdf" is a PDF file created by Adobe Acrobat.

A user says they didn't receive my email communication from Procore? What happened?

Emails from Procore may be trapped by some SPAM filters. Search the Junk Mail folder for "procore.com" or "procoretech.com" to find lost emails.

One of my team members can't see the items in Procore that I need him to. What should I do?

This issue is typically related to the permission settings for your team member. Your Company Administrator can access these settings through the Project Directory by clicking on the "Edit" link next to the user's name.

• If your team member can't see the item, he/she has access level "None" and needs to be upgraded to "Read Only"

• If your team member can't respond to an RFI or Communication item, he/she has "Read Only" access and needs to be upgraded to "Standard"

• If your team member needs to edit, reject, or approve an item, he/she may need to have "Administrator" access. Contact your Account Manager with any questions for clarification.
