A scheduled task isn't showing up on my project schedule. What's wrong with my schedule?
If a scheduled task isn't appearing on your project schedule, it's likely a resource is not allocated to the task. To correct this, find the resource column in your Microsoft Project file and input the desired resource to that task detail. An efficient way to enter multiple resources is to click "View"-> "Resource Sheet" and enter all resources on your team. This will create a drop-down menu of resources when viewing the Gantt chart or Calendar.

Procore resources are the people, equipment, and material that are used to complete tasks in a project.
